From November 30th to April 15th, original art from Tadao Tsuge's Trash Market will be featured alongside work by Katsumata Susumu for an exhibit titled The DIsaster of Peace: Social Discontent in the Manga of Tsuge Tadao and Katsumata Susumu. Taking place at the Honolulu Museum of Art, the exhibit will focus upon the inhumanity and hardship that communities are forced to endure during periods of dramatic social upheaval. Featuring talks by Ryan Holmberg, the exhibit is a showcase of some of Tsuge's finest work.
