Decorated manga historian, translator, editor, and agent Ryan Holmberg, a.k.a. @mangaberg, will explain how he manages to make a living doing what he does. Ryan Holmberg is one of comics’ premier manga translators. He’s not only translated manga, but brought over an incredible roster of mangaka from Japan that are now making splash of inspiration in the English speaking world. Artists include Yoshiharu Tsuge, Yoshikazu Ebisu, Kuniko Tsurita and more.

Bubbles Con takes place on May 4th at the main branch of the Richmond, Virginia Public Library located at 101 E. Franklin Street in Richmond, VA 23219. Library hours for that day are 9am to 5pm.
