Acclaimed illustrator and author Leanne Shapton launches her new children's book Toys Talking with a special reading and Q&A. With gorgeously minimal brushstrokes and matching text, Shapton explores the inner lives of stuffed animals to reveal that their thoughts and feelings are just as complicated as our own. 

There will be a short Q&A with John Jeremiah Sullivan as well as with the audience. Admission is free!
