The Awake Field

The Awake Field is a collection of Ron Rege, Jr.'s reflections of small-town life during a recent sabbatical on Rhode Island. Short stories collide and co-mingle, leaving exotic visions in the mind's eye. Mysterious creatures float through lush landscapes and pantomimed fairy tales, all in Rege's abstract poetic language.
