On February 9th at 6:30 pm, Jason Lutes is joined by Nora Krug to discuss the 22-year-long process of reconstructing Weimar Berlin through words and illustration in his graphic novel, Berlin. 'Words Are Pictures: Writing and Drawing Weimar Berlin' is hosted by Society of Illustrators at the Museum of Illustration in New York.

They will discuss conception, research, and writing, as well as storytelling influences, from Ursula K. Le Guin to Wim Wenders.
